However, you have not answered her calls. You have been approved for servicing but need to be scheduled. That task was delegated to our service team at that location. Hey there, thanks for reaching out to us. We were able to look into your situation and it was discovered that you had changed your own parts prior to bringing the vehicle to us. We stated that we needed to do a diagnostic on your vehicle; which you declined at the time. Without paying for a diagnostic and finding out exactly what was going on, we can only assume it was a timing issue with your A/C system. If you would like to pay the diagnostic fee and let us take a look we are more than happy to fix the issue for you once we confirm.
