This one had 26,808 miles on it and looked new so we drove to Hampton Toyota on Johnston Street and was approached by Shawn. He asked if he could help us and we told him what we were looking for and he should us the Jeep. It was everything the add said it was so my wife and I purchased the Liberty. The finance manager made it easy. Very good experience with no issues. Whole transaction took about 2 hours. We are very happy. More

On arrival, James was assisting another customer so Chris stepped in and assisted with my test drive. Both sales men were very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. They were not pushy when it came to my decision to purchase or not. The crew managed to get me an awesome deal that I could not refuse. Kyle in financing was super easy to deal with and explained everything so well since this was my first time purchasing a new vehicle. I didn’t trade in my vehicle with this purchase so I was then presented with the dilemma of how do I get two vehicles back home. Chris was a tremendous help and offered to drive my new vehicle to where I was staying and he would have a porter follow and pick him up. This was a tremendous help for me because I am not from the area and did not want to leave either vehicle at the dealership. Overall I was highly pleased and will continue to recommend Hampton to everyone. More

He kept me informed and updated every step of the way from start to finish. He went above and beyond of what I expected from a cars salesman. All employees that I came in contact with were very pleasant and helpful. Chai Phumsorn helped me complete all of the paperwork and was also very helpful in explaining everything i was singing and helping me to select the best extended warranty plan to fit my needs. I have to admit that I’m looking forward to visiting the state of the art facility to get my vehicle serviced in 6 months. They even have a kids area equipped with toys and LEGO’s to keep my 5 year old twins occupied! 5 stars all the way!!!!! More
