Easiest Car Buying Process, HANDS DOWN BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE After what seemed like MONTHS of car shopping at several dealerships, yesterday I FINALLY drove off in my 2019 Toyota Highlander. I had shopped at sev After what seemed like MONTHS of car shopping at several dealerships, yesterday I FINALLY drove off in my 2019 Toyota Highlander. I had shopped at several dealerships throughout the last three weeks, sales people always talked so fast, they were always so rushed to get you into the office to start "financing" paperwork, and I felt as though they didnt allow me to browse. I contacted my salesman, Mr. Donnie Davis, through the phone initially. He gathered all my information, I sent my trade in photos, and I was called back within an hour. We went back and forth through phone calls for two days. I finally set an apt. I was very nervous driving to my appointment, because I had always some how come into contact with bad salesmen at different dealerships. I was greeted by several polite sales people upon driving up at Hampton. The car we had discussed was cleaned up, tanked up, and ready for me when I got there. Mr. Davis answered all of my questions, showed me around the dealership, sales department, service, and even scheduled my first oil change in my new vehicle while I waited on the finance manager, Mr. Vidrine. Finance went smooth, everything was explained to me carefully. Mr. Vidrine answered all of my questions and concerns, and never once made me feel like I was bugging or bothersome. Even though I know I probably was. Lol, I'll blame it on the nerves. I left yesterday in my brand new vehicle, feeling so accomplished. I had waited on that day for what felt like forever. I will FOREVER be a customer at Hampton Toyota, I could not be more pleased with the whole car buying experience. If you're on the fence about who to purchase from, CHOOSE HAMPTON! Ask for Mr. Donnie Davis!!! More

We test drove multiple vehicles until we found our 2014 Nissan Rogue! Shawn was extremely knowledgeable, patient and happy the whole time we were looking for our new vehicle. We never felt rushed to make a decision nor did he make us feel like we were wasting his time. You just don't come across sales personnel who truly care about the customer.
