I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and the individual service from Todd Johnson was great. My disappointment however, was the overall point of sale service. First, they forgot to add the sales tax into m service from Todd Johnson was great. My disappointment however, was the overall point of sale service. First, they forgot to add the sales tax into my financing, so the number changed from the original monthly quote. Second, I was disappointed the the vehicle had a good size windshield rock chip that was not taken care of. Third, when I was on the way home, the left rear tire was very low as noted by the system. I think the dealer should address small problems that make the difference between a good rating and an average rating. More

I brought in my Tacoma in for a flashing A/C light, they told me it was a relay and that if the relay went out again they would have to change A/C for $4,500. I looked at other vehicles to purchase and they told me it was a relay and that if the relay went out again they would have to change A/C for $4,500. I looked at other vehicles to purchase and they told me they would only give me $7,000 for a trade in unless I replace the whole A/C unit. Then I find out that they replaced the A/C relay switches with old parts so it is guaranteed to go out and make me think the whole unit is broken. Call in to question this and they will not return my call! This is so messed up!!! More

I have always purchased from Alexandria but this time they weren't willing to bend at on trade in. Had 2020 4 runner with 30,000 miles. I would have kept that vehicle if I hadn't dealt with Todd. I really like my 2024 highlander. Love the color inside and out. Any future purchases I will go back to Lafayette to deal with Todd. My sister is considering a new Toyota and I will encourage her to go to Todd. Thank you, Todd. More
