I walked on the lot after being turned down at another dealership.. I was a little hurt and upset about being turned down for my dream truck.. Chai came over with a great attitude! I had the best experience buying my 2020 Toyota Tundra, and Chai Phumsorn was the man that gave me that experience!!!
