The dealership is like any other car dealership with some annoying salespeople. However we met Mr. Kerry B. My husband was looking at the Tacoma. He has a 2010 Tundra and was very pleased with it’s reliability. He needed a truck that had better gas mileage. He spoke to Candace Comeaux by phone. So he decided to go to Hampton to look at the Tacomas. Candace was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He ended up buying a 2021 Tacoma with 1000 miles. Candace was extremely helpful. He was very pleased with his new truck. Candace is an asset to Hampton. My son-in-law is thinking about buying a truck. We will recommend Candace. More
I brought my car to the dealership last weekend to have the Toyota Cares and Auto Butler done. I had several spots of sap on my car which I told Brent my advisor. I said please make sure to remove it bef the Toyota Cares and Auto Butler done. I had several spots of sap on my car which I told Brent my advisor. I said please make sure to remove it before doing the auto butler. I get home and still have sap on my car. I called to complain and he told me that they just do the auto butler over it. I said WRONG. I had the same issue the time before and told my advisor and it was removed. So you just did the auto butler over it sealing the sap in even more. He assure me that he would have a manager call me this past Wednesday. No one ever called me. This is my 4th Toyota I have owned. Every time I have had issues it is with the service department. Not only do they lie to you they make promises they can't keep. What happened to customer service? The service department is the absolute worst. More
