Blake is the absolute best ! My husband and I went to Hampton to purchase a Jeep Wrangler, the process was great we test drove it everything looked fine. We loved it, but it had a major hidden engine problem that whoever had it before us did a temporary fix to get it traded in. Luckily we discovered it on the way home from the dealership to which we learned it’s not worth fixing and that the Jeep is a total lose. My husband and I were so bummed and were leaving for Florida the next day so there wasn’t much we could but get in our truck and head home, BUT our amazing salesman Blake Hebert wasn’t let us walk away without a Jeep. He went above and beyond to make sure we had one, I’m talking as far as delivering the Jeep and new paperwork to our house after work !!! I’m honestly not mad that this happened, the back and forth while we were on vacation because I’m completely obsessed with this one and love it so much more also ended up with my dream color !! I highly recommend Hampton Toyota of Lafayette and make sure you ask for Blake !! More

Blake was very helpful to my wife and I. We were wanting a Jeep Wrangler of which they had two white ones on the lot that we liked. We were selling our 2019 Honda Accord and were intereste We were wanting a Jeep Wrangler of which they had two white ones on the lot that we liked. We were selling our 2019 Honda Accord and were interested in the Jeep priced at $18995 But during the test drive we noticed the engine lite was on, Blake said they would have to put it in the shop. It was decided we would purchase this wrangler. (White removable hard top.) I kept in touch and after a few days Blake called with bad news saying the mechanic who worked on the wrangler reported it had internal problems and would require going into the engine. ( I am very mechanically inclined and during the test drive I did not detect any sort of major problems that would merit this sort of problem) I was told that management did not want to put any more time are money into it and would send it to auction. ( even though it remained on their website with a 19995 price tag an increase of 1000 dollars??????) humm fishy Bottom line though we decided to purchase the other identical wrangler with more miles and a 4000 dollar higher price tag.(black removable hardtop) Through all of this though the team was very helpful and accommodating. If you are in the market for a vehicle new are used Blake is a great guy. More
