Hampton Toyota has great personal contact on all levels. The sales department personally stays in contact with me making sure all is well with my vehicles. The finance department was great and remembered all members of my family when we returned to buy our new vehicles. If you purchase a vehicle ask to finance with Jamie Corimer. Great experience and a great person. I have bought cars from their sales department and their internet department, there is no weak link in either. The head of each of those departments are great guys. Chad Kent and Robie Choate were excellent in all purchases. I experienced great things from both sides because each departments main goal was customer satisfaction in all of my purchases. Hampton Toyota is customer oriented and I will continue to buy Hampton Toyota. Not only will I continue to buy Hampton Toyota, but I will continue to push Hampton Toyota to others. I recently had a friend who was looking for a new truck and I told him to give Hampton Toyota a try. He stated if he wanted Toyota, it would have to be a Tundra which he could not afford. Still, I went with him to look at vehicles. They treated him with courtesy and worked with him. He left in a Tundra that day. If you looking for a new vehicle and Toyota is your type of car, Hampton Toyota has it. Professional, courtesy, kind and works for the customer is exactly what I experienced with Hampton. If I ever have an issue, Hampton Toyota has helped me doing what was best for my family and the future of our relationship. I would sum my experience with Hampton Toyota as, they need to make money and I need to make a good deal. Every time I had a great experience buying cars from Hampton Toyota. This last vehicle experience was so customer friendly, I sent a letter to Toyota Inc. itself noting the experience. Hampton has it. More

This is the first place that I went to look for a new vehicle and they saw a female and decided to pull every trick out of the book that they possibly could. Charles tried his best to give me the best p vehicle and they saw a female and decided to pull every trick out of the book that they possibly could. Charles tried his best to give me the best price, but the sales manager wouldn’t budge. If you’re looking for a great deal, I would suggest going to a bigger dealer because they were rather greedy. Also, I brought my 4runner in for a part that had a recall to be replaced. 3 weeks later my car broke down and had to be towed, all because they put that part on wrong. They were willing to give me a “decent” amount for my trade, although I went to Mississippi and got 2k$ more for my trade in than what they offered me. More

Never bought a new car before and I was very scared. I shopped all of my local dealers Musson Patout, Courvelle Toyota, and Price Leblanc Toyota. I knew what I wanted and sent a request for a quote on a 2 shopped all of my local dealers Musson Patout, Courvelle Toyota, and Price Leblanc Toyota. I knew what I wanted and sent a request for a quote on a 2011 Camry. Damian was then first to get back with me. I had ask for more info and other dealers didn't seem interested in getting back with me. Damian was the only one that answered all of my questions. I love my new Toyota. I don't buy cars often I keep my cars for over 100,000 thousand miles I should be able to get 200,000 out of my first brand new car. Thanks again A+ Damian More
