Coming to the dealership, I had plans to trade in my vehicle, which I did. When entering the dealership, I was immediately helped by one of the sales people. The salesperson who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and courteous to us. He made it feel like the entire buying experience was a friendly one, not all business. I really appreciated the fact that he understood this and took it into consideration. Most car dealerships won't do such a kindness to customers, but rather want to get them to sign on the dotted line. My salesperson stuck with me throughout the process and made it feel like a he was a friend. As far as service goes, I had to bring my vehicle in once, but it was a simple mistake and only took a couple of minutes to get it fixed at no charge. The people that assisted me during check in and check out of my vehicle were very friendly and had a big smile on their faces. Customer service at it's best, in my opinion. Overall, this dealership is spot on. They give you great deals, are extremely courteous, and really want to earn and keep your business for the long haul.
