We went to the dealership with set intentions on what we w We recently bought a new 4 runner from them and they made everything as smooth as possible. We went to the dealership with set intentions on what we wanted to do, How much we were willing to spend on a new vehicle and we also wanted to have an easy experience this time having bought new and used vehicles from other dealerships in the past from Texas and Louisiana none of which were this great. What we did not do was tell Hampton toyota we wanted an easy fast experience they just made it one! This was by far the easiest transaction we had with a dealership anywhere they didn't have the vehicle we finally wanted but our sales lady Tyler Santopietro gave us her full attention and came back with multiple vehicles over the next few days and constantly stayed in contact with us until she found the vehicle we wanted and even took the time to explain certain features and add-ons of the vehicle once it was on the lot. Tyler did such a great job that if we decide to get another vehicle in the future we would gladly make the drive from New Iberia to Lafayette and skip all the local dealerships just because we know she will do her best and not give up until the job is done. The other person we dealt with was Finance to finalize paperwork (ugh I know) but it was also a pleasant experience Kyle Vidrine made it as easy as possible yes he did do the standard but not uncomfortable (for once!) offer of extra protection and warranties but he was not pushy nor did he get offended once we declined. Kyle Vidrine had all the paperwork ready and went over it all and even gave us time to look it over again before we signed anything. Lastly this was actually an enjoyable experience and we never expected it to be but we are happy with our new vehicle and highly recommend Hampton Toyota and if you go there don't be afraid to ask for Tyler Santopietro she will do whatever it takes to get you into the vehicle you want and not they vehicle they want you to have. More

My brother had purchased a car there the week before me and recommended that I talk to Nicole Richard, so I called and talked with her about the car I was interested in. By the time I arrived at the dealership she had the car pulled up in the front so I didn't even have to walk out on the lot to look at the car. Nicole was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process and barely left my side from start to finish. Nicole is one of the best salespersons I have ever met and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle! Call the dealer, "Sorry, sale are sold as is", talked to more than one person and got the same answer. Took it to a local dealer, "something" chewed through the gas line, cost about $500 to fix. This does have a happy ending, complained to Toyota USA about how I was treated and they wrote me a check for $500. So YEAH Toyota, and boo to Hampton. Love the cars, just be careful with this bunch. 2015 Corolla I came to Toyota to trade in my Rav 4 for a Toyota Corolla. I was downsizing to save money and gas due to a job change.
