The EASIEST transaction I have EVER had! My husband and I went looking for a car for our teenage daughter that is making a really long commute to collage. We told him our needs and he showed us around on his lot. Then he went above and beyond and brought us over to another lot owned by his company to show us a car that might be exactly what we were looking for. We met Mr. Todd at this lot. They working working in such great teamwork together. We test drove the 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage and we new that it met all of our needs. My husband and I still need to make sure and look at other dealerships. The salesmen were not pushy at all. That was a great selling point for me, for I did NOT want to feel pressured. I went back the next day by myself and Mr. Todd was there to help me with the transaction. He was so kind and helpful. The finance crew was very helpful as well. The only concern I had was that the finance guy told he I would only have one hard pull on my credit while trying to find me the lowest interest rate. He got me a Great rate, but When I looked at my credit report later, it actually had 9 hard pulls. It was a little disappointing. Over all, I would go back in a heart beat for my next car! The most painless transaction ever! Mr Todd was very thorough with me on explaining all the different features in the car. He also made sure it was spotless for when I drove away! My daughter was so surprised and totally loves her new car! It rides great and gets over 40 miles per gallon! Thank you all so much for making this such a great experience! More
