Michelen Segura was nice to deal with, she wasn't pushy and answered or got answers all our questions. We also enjoyed our time with Charles Boatmon, who did our paperwork. He was very nice, very professional in explaining everything to us. Michelen fulfilled everything she said she would in the delivery of our vehicle. Another employee was also instrumental in making our experience extra special. When picking up our car, I mentioned to Michelen that I had lost a gold wedding band under the drivers seat of our trade-in. I told her that we had tried everything to get the ring out...but that if one of the service people could remove the seat and return it to me, I would reward them with $100. We left the dealership and within 45 minutes, Michelen called us and told us that the ring had been retrieved. We returned to the dealership where she introduced us to a young man, Michael Jankuski, who had gotten the ring out. We tried to give him the $100 as promised, but he refused, insisting he was just doing the right thing. That was way above and beyond the call...we will not forget it. We would consider Hampton Toyota when purchasing another vehicle. More
