I wasn't in a real big hurry to make a buying decision. She showed me several late model used vehicles on your lot which were both "in" and slightly above my price range. I ultimately made the decision to purchase the 2013 4Runner that day and left out with it in a matter of a few hours. Charles (I believe that's his name - finance) was very helpful and professional. One thing I am extremely impressed with is you allowed me to leave with the vehicle and return the next day with the downpayment and title to my trade-in. Trustworthiness goes a long way with me. Overall an extremely satisfying experience. No buyers remorse whatsoever, which I cannot say has EVER happened before when buying a new vehicle. Well done, and great job. More
