Wonderful Buying Experience When I decided I was ready to purchase a new car, I did extensive research on the two vehicles to which I had narrowed my choice. There were dealerships in the town where I lived that sold both brands. I definitely wanted to keep my dollars in the community I reside so those dealers where my first choices. Going in alone as a woman, I felt that I was a target to be taken advantage of; thus this is how I ended up at Hampton. Through an Internet search, I found the certified pre-owned Toyota Camry that I desired. I made a phone call to ensure that the vehicle was still available, and it was. Matt McCann checked with me throughout the day to see when I would be there to test drive the vehicle. When I arrived, he was standing outside the building (on a cold day) waiting for me. He was extremely friendly and professional. After my test drive, we settled on a purchase price that was more than fair based upon the research I had done. My next step was the finance department with Charles Boatman; the wonderful service continued in his office. He made sure the I understood every service that was be offered to me and that a I took advantage of those that benefited my situation. I am extremely pleased with my purchase; the employees I encountered where wonderful and the price was fair. I will be back for my next Toyota and will be recommending this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
