I was impressed with the service I received on my 2009 Highlander. I was unsure about dealing with a salesperson. I met with Dallas Freeman. I had a knee replacement scheduled, so had no plan to buy at Highlander. I was unsure about dealing with a salesperson. I met with Dallas Freeman. Like others have said they will change prices on you. I bought and signed and they never went over what I was sighning and folded up all the paperwork when I got home I looked at the paperwork and my note I bought and signed and they never went over what I was sighning and folded up all the paperwork when I got home I looked at the paperwork and my note was over $100 dollars more per month then what I agreed too.These people have there day coming. Actually Hampton didn’t make the sale. My sales representative was Jace Daigle he made the sale. Excellent young man. Very knowledgeable, polite and professional. But yet on our level.
