He wasn’t pushy or aggressive. He was kind patient and really listening to what my wants and needs were. What I have been even more impressed with is. Even after the sale. Every time I have reached out to him and had questions about my car. He would find out the answer for me in a timely manner. Dallas is really great at his craft Sales. The dealership was clean and orderly when I arrived for my appointment. Was greeted immediately by Ms. Hannah who went above and beyond for me. She is what I would call an honest salesman, who can say that now a days. She made this experience the best one I’ve had looking for a used vehicle. She answered my million questions and if she did not know she immediately found the answer. She was very open and honest with me. Reassured me through the entire process. Never once was pushy or over bearing. Made sure that I was making a very informed decision when purchasing my vehicle. She checked on me throughout the several hour ordeal and never once lost her patience. Even to this day she checks on me and my vehicle. I was very blessed to have her as my advocate, she made sure that it went smoothly and checked on things when we hit a stand still with process. I could not recommend Hannah more for anyone who wants to make a smart decision in purchasing a car. 11 out of 10! More
