He found us an Elantra value that exceeded our expectations and kept the price within our budget. I wish the dealership wasn't 1.5 hours from us. Based on our dealings with Bruce, I am quite sure that I would use the service department if we lived closer!! One last point, I had asked for all weather mats for Roberts car. They were not in stock. Bruce went to the Service Department after the sale and got the correct ones ordered. He called me to let me know they were in and on hold for when I could pick them up. Talk about going above and beyond. Accolades to him as he made, and just confirmed Hyundai my favorite car place! More

The test drive also included an empty parking lot where I could experience other features of the vehicle (back up camera etc.). I thought that was a smart move on his part. Having more confidence in handling the car makes it easier to sell it. He also set the seat and mirrors to my preference so I didn't have to. More
