I called Daniel because I was looking for a vehicle for my The customer service we received from our sales consultant Daniel Ewbank was exceptional. I called Daniel because I was looking for a vehicle for my parents Bea & Bill who did not want to have to spend all day at a dealership to purchase a vehicle. I gave him a list of specifications for the Santa Fe Sport they were interested in. He called me right back and let me know he did not have one on the lot however; he had located the perfect match, everything we asked for down to the color and the trim. He let us know he would pick up the car in the morning and my parents could come down and test drive the vehicle that afternoon. Daniel and his Sales Manager Cameron Harrington worked with us to come up with a fair price for the vehicle, they made sure my parents received every possible discount and rebate they qualified for. Their only goal was to make sure my parents were completely satisfied with their purchase. Anything they could do to make the process easy and enjoyable they did. All my parents had to do was show up and sign the papers. Their finance manager Mike Riviezzo was awesome he had everything ready. He went over the contracts and got them out quickly. Daniel walked them through all the cars features and even helped set them up. He was so patient with them. It was getting dark and my mom didn’t feel comfortable driving the new car for the first time in the dark. Daniel went out of his way to drive the car home for her.
