However, when we saw an add online for the same vehicle at Hampton Hyundai we called and talked to Bruce King. He immediately impressed us over the phone and we set up an appointment for the next day. When we got there he showed us the vehicle and it was just as he had said over the phone. He explained every feature in detail and took us for a test drive. We immediately knew this was the vehicle we were looking for. When we got back to hyundai we started talking about the price and everything from there on was smooth. In a short period of time we were driving off with our new Tucson. We are glad we chose to drive 2 hours to Ft Walton to meet with Bruce. Overall great experience!!! More

I bought a new car that I like but I'm not sure I love. I wish I had shopped around more before buying. I wanted a moon roof but it was another $4000 so I bought what I that I like but I'm not sure I love. I wish I had shopped around more before buying. At 65, a single female, and a technophobe, I finally faced the dreaded showroom experience out of desperation. I arrived on a walker with hip replacement surgery the next week -- my unique needs were pinpointed and assessed beyond my wildest expectations. Imagine a compact SUV with a telescoping driver's seat for pre and post surgery and yet with sporty looks and a roof rack for my Yolo board post-recovery. My fabulous Tucson has top safety ratings with all kinds of bells and whistles that were so beautifully explained both in demonstration and on delivery that even this veteran technophobe could glory in them one short day later. And if those miracles aren't enough, imagine my ecstasy when the "terrifying negotiation" proved to be transparent, professional, and FUN! I feel like I have 2 new trusted support people on my team in salesperson Chris Murphy and manager Mike Riviezzo. They say new cars lose their value when driven off the lot: contrarily my beautiful brand-new user-friendly 2017 Tucson actually gains value for me daily!!
