I wish I gave my money to any other dealership on this planet than this one. Better yet, scheduled (myself proactively) time to come in and get my spare key( mind you they knew I traveled far for this), I checked in with the seller multiple times to confirm date and time.. I show up that day and time, and the key guy wasn't there that day. Oops sorry.. can you come in next week? My last day of maternity leave ( they knew that ahead of time as well). Disgraceful service. Never again. More

The prices were much better than I had seen elsewhere and there were no surprises when I received the total cost and itemized bill. Chu worked with me to get the best deal on the best car which they ended up buying from another dealer so I could pay the Hampton Hyundai price (no joke almost 2,000 dollars less) I've taken the car in for the included complimentary maintenance and have had no issues both times. Chu definitely earned the dealership a return customer! More
