Sold me a horrible car!! In March of 2017, I bought a Jeep from this place. But a few months down the road when the car goes bad ( mind you I’m paying extra a month for a warranty ) I don’t live there so I can’t just walk in and I call and explain how the car is giving out and having issues and I’m told they can’t help & don’t know what warranty I am paying for. So I’m $5000 in debt after repairs on this thing. Don’t go here. More
No warranty work I just serviced my new Mazda CX-9. I scheduled my service request and was never told Hampton Chevrolet Mazda was not doing warranty work for Mazda’s a I just serviced my new Mazda CX-9. I scheduled my service request and was never told Hampton Chevrolet Mazda was not doing warranty work for Mazda’s any longer. When I was told my car was ready, I was about to grab my keys, say thank you, and be on my way, but much to my surprise I was told please wait ma’am for your total. I said there should be no total my vehicle is under warranty. It wasn’t until today when I was on their website that I learned they are no longer doing warranty work on Mazda’s. I’m sorry that is just a croc. I just spent a lot of money on a new vehicle and you will not honor my warranty. I signed a contract that I believe you cannot just decide not to honor, but legally I will check into that. Regards, Charlene Stump More

Outstanding service!!! I originally made the appointment for just an oil change but by the time I got there I was having another issue. I thought I needed an alternator bas I originally made the appointment for just an oil change but by the time I got there I was having another issue. I thought I needed an alternator based on testing I had done at Advance Auto Parts and the way the vehicle had been acting. Hannah said they would run their diagnostics to be sure as they couldn't take an outside diagnostic as proof something was wrong with one of their vehicles. I understood and agreed to the test. Come to find out the Advance test was wrong, I didn't need an alternator I needed a battery. Hannah explained how they tested my vehicle and the results and the different options for batteries I had to choose from and prices. In no time at all I was ready to roll. I had been working on some work I had brought with me so I wasn't really cognizant of how long it was taking but it sure seemed as though I was in & out in no time at all. But when I looked at my watch it was actually a couple of hours but Hannah kept me posted the whole time, made sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable. This was the first time I actually took advantage of the 'quiet room'. I was the only one in there that day but it was really nice. I got a lot of work done and my car was taken care of as well. I hadn't worked with Hannah before that day, I usually work with Kelly but she was on vacation I understand. I don't know what team Hannah usually is assigned to but they are lucky to have her she's great!! More
