Hopefully never have to deal with body shop again I have a 2015 mustang that was hit while parked. I went to this body shop on the suggestion of USAA which was the insurance company of the person that I have a 2015 mustang that was hit while parked. I went to this body shop on the suggestion of USAA which was the insurance company of the person that hit my car. My car had 2 dents above the wheel well as well as a scratched and bent rim. They had the car for 3 weeks when they finally said it was ready for pickup and that Joe said he completely inspected it and it was back to perfect shape. I went there to inspect my car for pickup and noticed 2 major scratches on the bumper which is obviously where the body tech was laying in the trunk doing repair to the wheel well as well as the corner of the rear bumper was chiped off a little less than a quarter inch where the tech was trying to make the wheel well and bumper flush. I also noticed that all of the caps that cover the screws that hold the lining inside the wheel well we're now missing. There was also overspray in the door jam from the paint. I was told the car would then be ready 4 days later so the bumper could be fixed and the caps would be in for the screw covers. The car was again not ready on the date they said it would be and they failed to even have the decency to tell me until I called them an hour before closing on the day it was supposed to be picked up. They said tomorrow. Tomorrow came and I inspected the car to find the caps still missing and what's worse is there are now even more caps missing. I told them just to mail them to me as I don't want anything else to do with them face to face. There is no excuse for them to 1st: damage a car even more than how it came in, 2nd: say the car is 100% when it was apparent that it wasn't from 10 feet away, 3rd have to wait so long to have their screw ups fixed, 4th: to be treated completely as a number and not be put ahead of the line in the paint shop considering they are the reason it had to go back through it. They knew exactly what time I would be there to pick up the car but the person I had the appointment with (Joe) was doing another appointment with someone else dropping their car off. I told him at the beginning that when I come to pick the car up that I want it to be 100% and he promised that it would be. I guess perfect to these "professionals" means a half a** job with even more damage. He even said that all the body repair techs have many years of experience. They might have but experience where at a junk yard ripping parts off of cars to recycle them? I'm glad we no longer have any more business with them. That is until the paint starts peeling off of their work which I'm sure will happen momentarily. More

Our new salesman said I wish they didn't send them out. This auto dealer is as bad as Casey who sold us this car without full disclosure that our vehicle was in an accident before we purchased it. All of these dealers are liars and snakes. More

This Chevrolet dealership would get zero stars if it was an option due to the lies in their warranty ('home of the best warranty'). At 61,000 miles my 2009 Chevy Traverse transmission was beyond repair and after calling the service department they stated I needed multiple state inspections and tire rotations along me with more service done that was out of the ordinary and not the same as the Chevy owners guide/manual. Buyers beware! This vehicle, warranty and company placed my family in a $4,000 bind as there are only two authorized transmission shops in my area. If someone from the dealership would like to contact me to apply their warranty please feel free to send me a message. More

He spent a lot of time unsuccessfully looking for it in their system. I pulled it up on my phone and showed it to him. Our second meeting he could not find the keys. I waited two hours for him to finally locate them. It took a total of five days for the deal to be finalized. Ugh! Before two months were up I had to return to the dealer for a problem with the car starting. Of course there was a crazy charge to replace a battery. I believe they knew it was weak when they sold me the car. I refused to have theses crooks charge me 170 for a battery I could pay 115 with tax for. Lastly while they were checking my battery they forced a code to come on my radio. This is an anti theft device that prevents the radio from working. These incompetent crooks did not tell me that their battery inspection hurt my radio. I pulled off and had to do my own research to fix it my self. These "service" people did not even give me the code. Run Dont Walk to another dealership! These people are distracting with their smiles and water. Don't be sucked in. More

It is normal In the end the problem wasn't normal and costed me more money than when problem orginated. Every time I call, I am placed on a 5-6 minute hold and then usually returned to the extremely rude and condescending receptionist. While my car was being serviced (for a transmission issue), the top to my center console was completely torn off with broken plastic to prove it. Management told me that it could have been a burglary, except my $200 raybans and GPS were still in the console! Definitely a sketchy business with disgruntled workers. The manager was completely unapologetic about my car being dismembered and told me that he didn't "know how this could have happened." AVOID! More
