I purchased $34k car with shifter cover off and the GM told that he replaced the console and I told them about with less than 8 hours after purchase they said you have to pay extra to get fix. The sales person was great, take your lawyer when you finance. They LIE! Lied about warranty…he said it was free. We didn’t want a warranty, had trouble with them. So, he snuck it in the deal, $3800! My Wife and I were searching for a new Dodge Charger, which we found at Hampstead Pre-Owned via the CarFax online search. We arrived and were paired up with Mo, who was absolutely fantastic! She had us o which we found at Hampstead Pre-Owned via the CarFax online search. We arrived and were paired up with Mo, who was absolutely fantastic! She had us on a test drive within minutes, completely understood that we weren't really sure about the Charger. Thankfully, they had an amazing 2018 Civic Hatchback on the lot, which Mo got us into just as quickly! We were in love with the car, and yet again, Mo went above and beyond to get the buying process started. She even invited us to have some pizza while we waited! I cannot understate how great it was to work with Mo and Brent on our purchase, and if anyone ever looks for a place to find a pre-owned vehicle around Hampstead, we're definitely going to send them to Mo!
