Excellent, quick, and thorough! My first car buying experience was made amazing by this team. I went to a few different dealerships before my boyfriend located my car on Truecar. The dealerships were pushy, guilt tripped me for bringing a car from another dealership for me to see that wasn't what I expected and didn't want upon seeing it with my parents, and kept hounding me for days after about if I wanted the car or not. Hampstead replied to my email quickly, I put a deposit on this awesome car deal I found, and went out to see it. I test drove it and spent a good deal of time with Adam going over the car. My concern was monthly payments and what I could do with what I had to put down. I told them what I needed, and they got me an even better deal. Adam also stayed late the day I got my car to ensure everything was finished for me, since I lived further away and had to work that day. So far, the car is great! I only had to order two parts, one for the front license plate, and one for the lower grill cover that came loose and fell off somewhere, neither of which was at the fault of Hampstead. I'm so grateful for the experience and never once did I feel pressured or silly for asking questions. Keep doing what you're doing Anthony, you guys have a great team! More

He provided great service and a great price about $2k under Blue Book value. They found me financing at a rate far better than I was offered with the other dealers that I spoke with. I wasn't from the area, so I flew in. They offered to pick me up from the airport, but I have family in the area so I didn't need it. I was in and out and behind the wheel quickly.
