A long ordeal! When I first went everyone was friendly and not to pushy. They only showed me cars within the range of what I was looking for. Decided to buy a 2008 Honda Civic. The driver side floor was s and not to pushy. They only showed me cars within the range of what I was looking for. Decided to buy a 2008 Honda Civic. The driver side floor was soaked, when I said I didn't think it was from the cleaning they looked at it, fixed the door lining that seemed to be causing it. On the way home, air was working fine and cold air cut out after driving 20 minutes. Next morning, considerable oil leak in driveway. Three days later, they picked it up with tow truck. Adam called me two days later saying the problem was fixed. Picked it up Sat., Next day leaking oil again. Fed up, called Mike and told him I was done. Mike was always quick to respond to my issues. Tuesday, he himself came, had someone drive the car back and he drove me there. I requested this and a rental car if I didn't see anything comparable that day. After going over whole lot with Mike, couldn't find anything. Took rental car home. This was on a Tuesday, followed up the next Monday with Mike. They still didn't have anything and I was told they needed the rental back and we're going to give me the original Honda back. They said problem was fixed and I had two weeks to exchange if I wanted. They picked up the rental and left Honda because I could not get there. The owner (Anthony) agreed to compensate me for the miles and gas I used going back and forth. As frustrating as it was, they did compensate for problems and Mike was always kind. So I have a week to exchange or cross my fingers that this Honda Civic will not continue to have problems. Oh and I would suggest closely looking at the cars in lot. I test drove another one, air didn't work and no spare tire. More
