They met my lofty expectations of honesty, no games or trickery, commitment to customer satisfaction and an overall easy honest experience. They do not treat you like family. Dealer promises to treat you like family and make errors right. We bought a 2007 Prius in good condition with the contract for Hampstead to provide a second key for the vehicle. Drove the vehicle off the lot and on the way home found out original key only starts car, does not lock/unlock vehicle. So had to get first key reprogrammed at Toyota dealer. Second key provided two weeks later. Took to Toyota dealer, 2nd key not usable, had to buy second key and pay for programming at Toyota Dealership ($219). Repeated attempts to get resolution at Hampstead met with one email acknowledging receipt of complaint, then silence. No return of calls, emails, when Hampstead clearly in breech of contract (not providing a second key). If you want to be treated like the black sheep of the family, then Hampstead Motors is the place for you. More
