As a second time customer, I will say that Hampstead PreOwned has truly built themselves up to quite the empire within the last few years. They are an all-around excellent dealership and I would definit PreOwned has truly built themselves up to quite the empire within the last few years. They are an all-around excellent dealership and I would definitely buy a car from them again. Raquel, my salesperson, and Jason, my loan officer, are true professionals in their industry. I would like to give a bit of insight about their operations for anyone in the market. Please do not take this negatively, but as a heads up for anyone who does not know what to expect. Hampstead Pre Owned operates much like a restaurant. The sales people are helping multiple customers at once and there is an uneven ratio between sales people and loan officers. This does cause a bit of a wait between agreeing to purchase the vehicle and actually signing the loan paperwork and leaving with your keys. My total time at the dealership was three hours, with approximately two hours of me sitting by myself waiting in line for the loan officer. Keep this in mind when bringing your kids, or if you’re an adult who requires a fidget. Additionally, although Hampstead PreOwned does inspect their vehicles and make the necessary repairs, this may not be completed for the vehicle that you are looking at. Therefore, there is a good chance that you may not be able to leave the dealership with your selected vehicle same day so make sure you ask about that when you are setting up your test drive. Third, the online loan calculator is drastically inaccurate. I don’t know if it is outdated or what the problem could be, but I ended up paying almost double the monthly payment and double the interest rate of the information the online loan calculator gave me. Again, this is not intended negatively. Overall, this was a good experience and I would likely purchase from Hampstead PreOwned again. More
