I called to set up a time to drop off my car just to get a new key paired with my car. I was told the dealership does not give loaner cars for things that take less than an hour. Everything was fine, EXCEPT getting the opportunity to actually speak to a human, if you any any questions. Your dedication to voice mail communications only, is very frustrating, as you have to be insist actually speak to a human, if you any any questions. You have a direct phone number for service, but the only thing you get is a recording, asking for a message to be placed , and then your recording says you will get back to us within 24 hours. Its usually a 20 minute job but at this place they want the car for the day to try to sell additional stuff. If I'm bringing my car for a xxxx oil change I don't need you to find additional stuff. This is why the small mechanics are so busy and all you are doing is warranty work. More
