I was greeted by Scott as I walked through the door. I let him know why I was there and he asked for my key,had a mechanic go to my car and it was brought into the shop to change my windshield wipers. While I was waiting,I sat down with Mike,the manager,and talked about the holidays and general things that are going on these days. When the mechanic finished changing the windshield wipers,Scott gave me my key and I paid my bill. As always,my trip to Hamilton Volkswagen was a pleasure. All of the associates are wonderful people. I have never had an issue with anyone there. More

The mechanic was clear and direct in the explanations ( im not a mechanic savvy). It really met our expextactions. The receptionist was not helpful.
