Your professionals are honest and they treat me wonderful. I’m always greeted by name. Ginny deserves special recognition for her customer service. I believe she is an unrecognized gem, and probably under appreciated. She should be training others and be in a management role after all of these years of service. Scott was also very attentive and prioritized all of my issues per my request. Finally, the loaner car has saved me considering the fact that the issue arose when I was expecting out of town family and needed the transportation. Hamilton VW is a model that should be replicated through out your system. More

Making my appointment online was simple. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted and quickly checked in. The service took a little longer than I expected it would.
