Above and beyond! I brought my Routan in with 38,000 miles on it - 2k miles above the warranty limit. As it turned out, the air conditioner needed almost a thousand dol I brought my Routan in with 38,000 miles on it - 2k miles above the warranty limit. As it turned out, the air conditioner needed almost a thousand dollars of work. I was very angry that the car would need such a large amount of work done after so few miles. I expressed how upset I was to Tom in service and he replied by calling VW and getting a good faith warranty extended to me that would cover the cost in its entirety. This is just typical of the service I've always gotten at this location. They always do all they can to make sure you're happy. No matter what it takes. More

I have been going here for years, Ginny and Abraham have always gone above and beyond. I recently brought my car in for what turned out to be a substantial repair. Ginny called me to advise me of the repair always gone above and beyond. I recently brought my car in for what turned out to be a substantial repair. Ginny called me to advise me of the repair, and knowing that the vehicle was out of warranty I knew I would be paying for this. To my surprise Ginny advised me that she had spoken to her service manager, and based on my maintenance history, and being a long time service customer they would get it covered for me.
