More than Accomodating I made an online appointment to have my Atlas serviced. But when I got to Hamilton, it turned out I'd made a reservation for the following Saturday--I I made an online appointment to have my Atlas serviced. But when I got to Hamilton, it turned out I'd made a reservation for the following Saturday--I had got the date wrong. I was in a bit of a pickle because my mileage was creeping beyond the recommended service mileage and I was really eager to get it done. To her credit, Virginia Polozzi got my car into the shop and squeezed it into the schedule on a very busy Saturday morning. It was done within an hour and I was extremely grateful. Great service.
