I was looking forward to buying a new VW Routan, but was dreading the buying experience. I was surprised and amazed at my great experience with this dealership and salesperson. I was treated with respect and the entire process was a pleasure. Pete Capriotti treated me honestly - I had done my research and had all of the pricing and incentive data - I never had to take anything out of my file. I was given the right price the first time - I was ready for a battle but Pete made it unnecessary. Pete took his time and explained all of the features of the car and how they work. He explained the VW carefree maintenance and the benefits of Hamilton VW for service. Pete said he will be available to assist with anything during my ownership. The definition of the word "Service" finds true meaning here - Before During and after the sale. Id feel safe sending my own mother alone to Pete to buy her next new car. More

Pete Cappriotti was an amazing salesperson. He knew everything about the CC we were looking for. He explained in great detail all of the amenities the car had. He was friendly and walked us through every step of the purchase. He made sure we were 100% happy with the lease before we left. The dealership is clean and has a great area for kids to play. Terry, the sales manager, explained the lease in great detail, and VW had a great lease special on the 2011 CC. The car is amazing. The dealership had the car wonderfully detailed. He is a good man and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to do business with him. More so, the gentleman I worked with during the final stages of my lease agreement shared similar traits and his level of professionalism was indicative of him being a seasoned businessman. Without hesitation and at the highest regard, I certainly commend the dealership as a whole for creating an environment that was comfortable during what can often be a very stressful situation. It had become apparent that my previous vehicle was in need of replacement. It served me well for the past twelve years, but these are new times and require a new vehicle to see me through. I just needed to find the best VW dealer and salesman for my needs. I was able to find everything I was looking for, the car I wanted, a knowledgeable salesman and the convenient location of VW Hamilton. I am very pleased with all aspects of the transaction and would highly recommend the combination of Craig Comfort and Hamilton VW. Craig Comfort in one word – meritorious (I had to look that word up) For those of you not as brilliant as Craig, the definition of meritorious is “deserving reward or praise”. Other than that what else c that word up) For those of you not as brilliant as Craig, the definition of meritorious is “deserving reward or praise”. Other than that what else can I say about the guy that hasn’t already be said? He knows his cars, he knows how to treat his customers and he is great at removing license plates. I would strongly suggest that his dealership offer him a raise but based on the deal I struck up I don’t see that happening for him. Go see this guy and tell him Andy sent you!!! More
I walked into the dealership looking for a limited edition Beetle convertible. What I really wanted was a hard top convertible WITH a sunroof and a quiet ride with the top up or down. I didn't find edition Beetle convertible. What I really wanted was a hard top convertible WITH a sunroof and a quiet ride with the top up or down. I didn't find that in the New Beetle. Ready to walk out of the dealership without a purchase, that I really didn't need anyway, Craig Comfort, my salesman, asked me what I was looking for in a car. Long story short, he introduced me to the VW EOS. When I saw the hard top move in and out of position, well, that was enough for me. Then, I drove the car and it was everything I was seeking in a car. Fun, quiet on the road, good looking and within my price range. Sounds like a good catch, I know...the car I mean. The financing was a great deal. Craig worked the numbers with my trade-in and the bottom line price of the car. It was a no brainer. I was going home in a brand new beautiful car that was fun to drive and easy on the eyes. Working with Craig was a pleasure and he literally made it all happen. From a Beetle to an EOS...priceless. We were greeted by Craig Comfort once we arrived and right away we felt very comfortable with him. We had been through a bad experience with our last salesman at another dealership so Craig was a nice change. His selling style was exactly what we needed to help us make a decision that we would be happy with. He helped us feel more comfortable about venturing back to VW with his knowledge and honesty about the vehicles. He presented options and pricing that was straight forward with no tricks or games. Craig made the purchase of the car very easy for us and went out of his way to work with us on limited time considering we had to work around our childs schedule. We loved the no pressure sales that we experienced with working with Craig, that was the key of his success with us. I feel that working with Craig that we worked out the perfect deal. I left the purchase feeling that both parties walked away very satisfied with the final sale. I hope that people read this review and will come in to Hamilton VW and speak with Craig Comfort and walk away with the same satisified experience that we left with. More
