I had done quite a bit of online research, knew what I wanted & he was able to find the exact car I was looking for. H came in to the dealership. The employee with whom I signed all the paperwork, whose name I unfortunately don't remember was exceptionally friendly, helpful and gave me good advice and information. I had tried for several months to get a Jetta TDI Sportwagen, manual,black w/ tan interior. I was told it was nearly impossible to get, and that I would get a call. They Never called. By 9:30 AM Friday Robert had emailed me saying they could get the car. Saturday they called me to say they had the car and were working out the logistics of getting it to NJ. Monday they confirmed that they would have the car on Tuesday. Monday Night I filled out a credit application to complete the financed. Tuesday AM, I got told the credit went through, Tuesday 2 PM they had the exact car I wanted on their lot waiting for me. Tuesday night, now, I am sitting at home with the car that I wanted in my drive way. Robert and Peter were able to do in 4 days what another dealer told me was nearly impossible. They were responsive, honest, and bottom line, they got the deal done. More
