Robert was WONDERFUL! I knew that a wanted a VW, manual, but other than that I wasn't sure what I wanted ... new, used or leased. Pete has been very helpful both through email, phone and on the floor getting us the car we wanted (a manual Jetta) and undercut the price from other dealers. Pete was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, which led me to buying a brand new 2011 Jetta SEL. Months later, I am still as pleased with my experience and in love with my car as I was when I drove it off the lot the very first day.
