Everything was fine, EXCEPT getting the opportunity to actually speak to a human, if you any any questions. Your dedication to voice mail communications only, is very frustrating, as you have to be insist actually speak to a human, if you any any questions. You have a direct phone number for service, but the only thing you get is a recording, asking for a message to be placed , and then your recording says you will get back to us within 24 hours. That doesn’t help when you have an immediate need to speak to someone. How about fixing that ! More

First off way overpriced. When you call most of the time you have to leave a message with no call back. Its usually a 20 minute job but at this place they want the car for the day to try to sell additional stuff. If I'm bringing my car for a xxxx oil change I don't need you to find additional stuff. This is why the small mechanics are so busy and all you are doing is warranty work. More
