Above and beyond my ecpectations Andy was fantastic! The work on the van ran into problems (not the fault of Hamilton Nissan) which made it impossible for the work to be done that day Andy was fantastic! The work on the van ran into problems (not the fault of Hamilton Nissan) which made it impossible for the work to be done that day. Andy immediately let me know and arranged for a rental for me. He took care of everything and made it all very easy for me. When the van was done, I had an issue being able to get from work to the dealer before the service department closed. Again, Andy got everything sorted out and made it easy for me. Great customer service really shows in how companies react when things don't go perfectly. And this was great customer service. He test drove it and just had to have it. I had been wanting the Armada for a long time but never seemed to be able to test drive one as they never had any in stock. I asked Amber if I could test drive the Armada and she said of course. I test drove the Armada and well to say we left that night with 3 vehicles. We Currently have 7 Nissans between us and our kids. All purchased at Hamilton. We keep coming back For more as the sales people are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. After purchasing many Nissans I can honestly say the service department is just as great. Thanks so much! I love my new car. More
