Above and beyond my ecpectations Andy was fantastic! The work on the van ran into problems (not the fault of Hamilton Nissan) which made it impossible for the work to be done that day Andy was fantastic! The work on the van ran into problems (not the fault of Hamilton Nissan) which made it impossible for the work to be done that day. Andy immediately let me know and arranged for a rental for me. He took care of everything and made it all very easy for me. When the van was done, I had an issue being able to get from work to the dealer before the service department closed. Again, Andy got everything sorted out and made it easy for me. Great customer service really shows in how companies react when things don't go perfectly. And this was great customer service.
