Steering wheel rattles when I turn it & I dropped it off yesterday to get it fixed at 7AM it also takes me an hour & a half to get there.. they call around 1 & tell me he had looked it up "online" & it was my airbag moving and rattling, nothing they can do, come back at 3 no work done and the workers tell me there was nothing they could do it was "safe" also put on my paperwork they did a carwash and my Jeep clearly wasn't washed. Sales manager didn't have much to say... gave me a $20 sheetz gift card for the "trouble" still no work done. Wish I would've spent my money somewhere else where you get treated better. More
noise under the hood We purchased our vehicle from Hamilton and utilize the free oil changes for life ..we always get routine oil changes..however, we had noticed a tickin We purchased our vehicle from Hamilton and utilize the free oil changes for life ..we always get routine oil changes..however, we had noticed a ticking noise under the hood about 4 wks ago--both my husband and I thought it was the timing belt because it was due for that service but the noise kept getting louder--my husband checked the oil 3 wks ago and noticed there was not a drop--he filled it up with 2 qts of oil and some lucas stabilizer fluid and had a friend who is a mechanic listen to it--he said that it sounded like it was coming from the top of the engine probably because there was no oil in for however long--I left a message with Hamilton service on 1/22 around 6pm but didn't get a call back so I called on 1/23 and spoke to Brandon and explained about the noise and the fact that there wasn't any oil--I told him that it was his word against mine because I don't know how much was put on the last oil change and he doesn't know if I was telling the truth--however, he told me to bring it in and he would have his "head tech" stay and look at it--when I arrived to Hamilton(30 min drive for nothing), I pulled in and Brandon said that he would take it into the service area and look to make sure there wasn't any oil leaks and he would drain the oil to see what he could find--about 20 mins later I was called back in the service area and he said that he did some "research" and that Honda has a lawsuit for a oil consumption issue with my specific Honda and that I would need to take it up with Honda and that it was not Hamilton's problem(they did nothing wrong)--he said that his tech said there was something wrong with the engine but didn't tell me exactly what--I was very upset and said that if that was case then I just would like to trade it in and I guess that was his motive the whole time?? because that was his next suggestion--he then walked me up to someone who was trying to sell me something that wasn't even what I wanted and I would be so far in neg. equity, it wasn't funny--I left that evening extremely upset that I had a issue with the engine--I thought that I could trust their judgement and went a whole other wk with this noise thinking well "I guess I'll drive it til it blows up becasue I don't have the $ to fix a engine"--my husband continued to listen and still felt it may be a belt or tensioner or something--we decided to take it to a Honda dealership and pay the $70 to have it diagnosised if we would need to have engine work done to it--we had it looked at on 1/31 and it took the Honda tech 5 mins to decide that it was the timing belt/water pump/tensioner making the noise--we decided to have the work done at Honda and feel like we paid more than we should because of all the labor cost but we feel it was done right and that we could trust them--now, no noise and a good running vehicle--moral to the story is that when I took the vehicle to Hamilton on 1/23, the "head tech" should have been able to diagnosis the fact that it was the timing belt issue and not the engine--I feel that they were just worried about the fact that there was no oil and they were trying to save their butts about the oil change issue--I sincerely believe that there was not enough oil if any put in our vehicle on the last oil change because of there not being a drop in there--even though I know this was not the reason our vehicle was making noise, I feel that Brandon felt threatened that I was trying to say that they didn't put enough oil in and he was trying to find a easy way out--Hamilton is the only place we have ever had our oil changes done so if we did have a oil consumption issue, wouldn't Hamilton be concerned every time they changed my oil and realized that they got very little out when they drained it??--also I was under the impression that Hamilton was going to drain the oil that night, 1/31, when I had it there, but when they were done, Brandon asked me how much oil my husband put in over the past few wks and when I told him 3 qts total, he said "oh well then your over full" which means that they didn't drain it because if they did then they would have put the exact amount that was needed for a complete oil change..I am just very upset that when I took it to Hamilton they continued to make me believer that there was a engine issue--I would like to think that these guys are trained in this and should have been able to diagnosis this better--I don't believe we will be using Hamilton ever again--service or sales-- More

It took us an hour and a half to drive there, but well worth the drive. The salesman, Ryan Staup, was great. No high pressure sales tactics. Very personable, knowledgeable. Everyone from Fern ( internet sales), to Dustin (finance), were fantastic. Even the sales manager, James Anderson, offered us a prepaid gas card for driving all the way from Woodbridge, Va. I would highly recommend Hamilton Nissan to anyone looking for a new vehicle or a used one. So much different from the last placed I dealt with in Woocbridge, Va. A Dodge dealer on Rt.1 was horrible. Go to Hamilton Nissan and ask for Ryan Staup. You won't regret it. Thanks. More
