Pathetic! Scheduled a appointment with internet sales to visit dealership to purchase a advertised car, internet sales advised me they would have the car ready Scheduled a appointment with internet sales to visit dealership to purchase a advertised car, internet sales advised me they would have the car ready and a salesman ready to assist. When I arrived was met at the door by a salesman who I advised I had a appointment set by internet sales to purchase a specific vehicle, after a short trip to mangers office he returned and advised me they had sold the vehicle a half hour ago! WTH! Why schedule a appointment in advance to buy a vehicle???? Needless to say they will never see me or my $ again! Steer clear from a dealership who does not consider your time valuable!!!! More

Great experience start to finish Dealing with Hamilton Nissan was probably the best car buying experience I've had to date. First let me say that I do not like buying cars but Dwain Dealing with Hamilton Nissan was probably the best car buying experience I've had to date. First let me say that I do not like buying cars but Dwain and Dustin at Hamilton made the experience painless and I actually left the dealership feeling great about the entire experience. Outside of the purchase experience I also appreciated the respect and good words they had for the owners of the dealership. It means a lot that the employees feel like they're treated well and I think the people at Hamilton intend to treat you like they would want to be treated in a car buying experience. More
