Always Happy I'm always happy with your service, but this time I was surprised at how long it took to diagnose flashing airbag light. Usually when bring my vehicl I'm always happy with your service, but this time I was surprised at how long it took to diagnose flashing airbag light. Usually when bring my vehicle in for repair, I have a report in couple hours. This time it took 6+ hours . I brought my vehicle in the morning and almost by the end of the day I being told what repairs are needed and costs. After I paid for my service and later when I got home, I had an email listing the services I accepted and declined ( I love that you do this). One listing in the email said the service required immediate attention, but back at the service center when I was talking to Nick, he said it could wait. Why is there a difference in what I'm being told and what's being recorded for your records in an email? More

Oil change Went in to get a oil change ..my first time using the service.i notice a sound in my tire that wasn't there at first.and my trunk was scratch from the Went in to get a oil change ..my first time using the service.i notice a sound in my tire that wasn't there at first.and my trunk was scratch from the car wash service.the service man just start telling me about a mark on my hood to distract me from what I brought to his attention.what I see is if he try to brush off a little issue that can be fix with a great wax job.what will he do if a mechanic messes up on a customer car which can cost a lot more ,I guess he would make the customer think it's there fault. Not happy with my first experience there and I'm a honest fellow.that brought a car from you all in cash. More

The salesman Adam was very professional and accommodating from the test drive to talking numbers. I was never pressured or rushed during my visit, and was treated with respect. Adam was able to answer all my questions in regards to the vehicle and pricing. The price I requested was honored without incident, arguing, or a lengthy negotiation. Ashley in finance was also amazing and professional explaining each document and options available. She took the time to go over everything with me as this was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. She made the finance portion very smooth and relaxed. Poor service Took my car in the be looked at for several error messages including check engine light - had appt at 10am- 2pm came and still no word on my car - cal Took my car in the be looked at for several error messages including check engine light - had appt at 10am- 2pm came and still no word on my car - called left message no call back - 3pm came and called again and they said the guy working on my car had a family emergency and they would have someone look at it - 4pm still no call had to drive to Hamilton Nissan and they found was wrong apparently. Next day check engine light on again - had to pay a diagnostic fee or whatever it is called when I took back again the following weekend. When they had already did all that the week before! Just a bunch of choas each time I go. More
