They mightily impressed me with 30 - 45 minute oil changes, and I brought my other car in for it's oil change, only to find out they discontinued the family program. I paid full price, with pleasure because it was still only 30 - 45 minutes and no sales job afterwards. Last oil change I left a scathing review on the service and sales job given to me - I waited over 2 hours for my car. So I took our third car needing an oil change to Jiffy Lube. This time I was in the service doc at 7:30 on a Tuesday, and they (a) asked if I had an appointment, and (b) said 1.5 hours for the oil change. I said okay, and waited for the sales job. I got my car back in a little over an hour, and the service man just left the paperwork on the dashboard. Seems they are getting to know me and prefer not to deal with me. This benefit of free oil changes is starting to be cumbersome. I'm supposed to be a valuable customer. I wonder if I can sue for this benefit value to pay for Jiffy Lube oil changes? More

I want to point out one thing. we have purchased Multiple cars at Hamilton thru the years. We love the Dealership for life program. Seems that no longer exist. Buying a car anywhere is always a bit stressful . I am very happy with the deals we have made, Now I see the Travel Together program . Yes we ended up with it. I simply wish we had known this when finalizing the deal. I will just have to say..... No more dealership for life.... This is a game changer for future deals thanks More

I do not want to come back April 10th - Oil Change and Multipoint Was told that everything came back fine and paperwork shows all lights passing despite both exterior bulbs b April 10th - Oil Change and Multipoint Was told that everything came back fine and paperwork shows all lights passing despite both exterior bulbs being out. Inspection shows wiper blades passing despite a non-functional left blade. Inspection passed all four tires before moving my bald tire to the front of my front-wheel drive. Not sure how this isn't fraud. Can't recommend. More
