Damage to car I took my Midnight Edition Nissan Maxima to the service center to replace two rims that I scuffed on a curb. When I received my car one of the new rim I took my Midnight Edition Nissan Maxima to the service center to replace two rims that I scuffed on a curb. When I received my car one of the new rims were damaged and they scratched my rear bumper when putting the old rim in the trunk. They did take care of the scratched rim by ordering a new one. They tried to buff the bumper out, but the scratch is still there. They should of taken care of replacing the bumper since the scratch wasn’t there when I left it for service. Make sure you inspect your car really well because no admitted to the damage to my vehicle. So when you leave your car with Hamilton Nissan you may leave with damage to your car that wasn’t there before. More

Time for a simple oil change ridiculous The service center does excellent work the timing for a oil change is ridiculous even with appointment I have had to wait 2 hours, I would never purch The service center does excellent work the timing for a oil change is ridiculous even with appointment I have had to wait 2 hours, I would never purchase this package again I don't have 2 hours to spend on less than 30 minutes for an actual oil change. I realize the tires are rotated and other things are checked but seriously 2 hours and I did not make an appointment but when I did the time never changed. Disappointed however satisfied with the work. More

Knowing the awesome service I've received over the years with my Nissan, I inquired if I could get oil changes and general service on my Jeep at the Nissan dealership. (For manufacturer recalls and such, I will go to the Jeep dealership.) Otherwise, Hamilton Nissan is my go-to for service for my "fleet". I don't think there could be a better example of being loyal to and preferring Hamilton Nissan than my story that I'm writing today! More

Will, Dustin and Preston were patient with us and able to answer any and all our questions about financing and leasing options. The sales manager Preston was able to secure us a great deal. Dustin in finance made the paperwork super easy to understand and was incredibly personable. Will and all the team at Hamilton Nissan made the buying experience easy and enjoyable.
