Professional service I was extremely happy with my service. I took a mechanic along for a test ride to show him the problem I was experiencing, although he couldn't feel I was extremely happy with my service. I took a mechanic along for a test ride to show him the problem I was experiencing, although he couldn't feel what I was talking about he didn't treat me like some idiot that was making up a complaint. He understood what I was saying and then listed the possible causes. Long story short they reprogrammed the engine and transmission module. Problem solved! Service advisor and mechanic very nice.
