Once Again, Hamilton Service Department Deliverd ! I brought my Hyundai Elantra in for a diagnostic test of possible transmission problems. Nick was very professional and precise in the way he explaine I brought my Hyundai Elantra in for a diagnostic test of possible transmission problems. Nick, in the meantime, called me to let me know what the problem with my car was and said he would see about getting the parts and fixing my car. Quotes are consistently well below actual. Every time I receive or have received a quote for maintenance on my car, the quote has always been well below what the work comes out to be. There is no difference in the quoted work and the actual work performed and I do not understand why. Also the estimated time is consistently 60-90 mins longer than what I am told. The only reason I continue to have work done here is because the quality is good but the transparency is way off! I have been committed to Hamilton for 7 years now and have referred a few others who purchased vehicles there but my next car will be from a different dealer. More
