Great Car Buying Experience I test drove the same model I wanted to buy at another dealership, but Hamilton had the color I wanted, so I reached out to their internet sales team I test drove the same model I wanted to buy at another dealership, but Hamilton had the color I wanted, so I reached out to their internet sales team and was able to work through all the painful car buying steps from home (negotiating price, pre-approved financing, etc.) Fern was up front and transparent the whole way, which was a breath of fresh air. Service Experience Poor I didn't have a good service experience. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I told Andy I was having problems with my automatic door locks I didn't have a good service experience. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I told Andy I was having problems with my automatic door locks and windows not working right, but I wasn't ready to pay the $108 diagnostic fee at this time to have the problem fixed. I then used shuttle service to go to my hair salon appointment. All of my windows were in the up position when I left. While at the salon, Andy called to say my vehicle was ready, but they now had a problem. He said its their policy to put down the window before taking the car back for service. Now, the couldn't get my drivers side window back up. He wanted to know if I wanted to do the $108 diagnostic fee now. I was upset and said no. I'm trying to figure out why when they knew I was having problems with the power windows would they put it down? I spent quite a lot on my hair appointment only to have to ride 25 minutes home with the window down in the heat. Thanks for nothing. Not pleased at all, and they acted like nothing they should do to remedy the issue. Poor service in my mind. More
