Top Notch Service All-Around Hamilton's Service Department makes vehicle maintenance absolutely hassle free! I was able to schedule my service appointment online and also had the Hamilton's Service Department makes vehicle maintenance absolutely hassle free! I was able to schedule my service appointment online and also had the ability to add a note that my Rogue was due for a major mileage service in addition to the normal oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived for my appointment, Levi greeted me by name and asked how my car had been running and if I had any concerns or issues that I would like for them to check out. He also took the time to explain all the services I was due for and make sure that I wanted those services performed at that time. The wait time was far less than expected; approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from start to finish. Once my car was done, we reviewed the services performed and the multi-point checklist. Levi let me know that my tires were good and still had good amount of tread life left as well as the fact that my back window wiper had a small tear beginning. It is professional,personal and excellent service like this that keeps me coming back to Hamilton's for all my cars and services. More
