I brought my vehicle in for some maintenance service recently, oil change, tire rotation, air filter and transmission flush. I waited at the dealer while my vehicle was being worked on, the waiting room has a nice t.v. to watch and they offer coffee for the customers. The service manager Felipe was very nice and explained everything that they did to my vehicle, they also performed a full inspection to ensure my vehicle is in good condition. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend this dealer for service. I will be bringing all of my family's cars to this dealer, they work on all makes and models. More
When I picked up my car after a scheduled maintenance, I was waiting for the representative while she was talking on her cell phone. When I asked about what was done, I was handed a photocopy of the "Service Recommendations" without any explanation. I am not the best judge of the quality of the work, but the people skills of this place needs a little more work. More
