They have a great waiting room so whenever I do wait for services I can work remotely in comfort. They always recommend services but don't push it on you. More

Fraud I took in my Mazda 3 for a 60K mile service and an oil change. I waited about 20 - 30 minutes tops before a laundry list of work was presented to me as necessary. In all, it added up to over $1,700 of unnecessary services were strongly suggested to me. Two of them were made to sound dire - to the extent that my car would stop working while driving it and would require a tow. Those were words that were specifically said to me - to scare me into getting work done. After speaking with my husband who looked into a couple of things I told him about, I left without receiving any of the suggested services and headed home. Later when my husband got home he popped my hood and found a serpentine belt that was PERFECTLY fine, not "frayed and coming apart" as was suggested. There was no oil dripping anywhere around the engine, which was the evidence used to suggest my PCV valve needed to be changed out - at 60,000 miles. The brake fluid was full to the level and maybe a little yellowed but not terrible. My coolant was low - we topped it off and saved $189 in about four seconds. My car has not misfired nor has it suggested to me that it needs new spark plugs - certainly not at $45/each before labor as was the case at the dealership. Lastly, I have no idea what "FUEL AND AIR" means and it was $240 to fix that on my paperwork. I was at the dealership and was pretty convinced that all of this work needed to get done and was prepared to spend probably $400 for the day to at least get some of the more scary sounding things done, before I spoke with my husband and realized that something was not right. I've been a customer of this service station since 2011 and have been very loyal, suggested this center to friends and family. Not anymore. I get free oil changes for the life of my car. I'd rather pay $60 per oil change than ever go back to this service station. I'm appalled that they lied to me like it was nothing, like it didn't even matter in the slightest bit. Next week I'll be taking my car into another garage to get a general diagnostic and see if they come up with half of the things this place did. My guess is, they won't. There is a stigma of dishonesty amongst mechanics, which has always drawn me to dealerships. I know that I've probably always paid more than I needed to for work that could have been done at another place for way cheaper but I did that because I trusted this dealership and service center. Now I am so appalled by this experience, I'll never come back - not to buy my next car, not to get my next oil change, not for anything. I actually have no idea who I worked with besides the front desk guy, whose name I don't remember. But this system won't let me move forward without selecting someone. So Brian Harris was not responsible for this, I just picked him to be able to move on. None of the employees with check boxes and pictures were the person I dealt with. More

Tire Change and alignment I came in for new tires, got them priced. When I came in, they had given away my tires. I almost paid and drove away with the old tires still on the car. I notified and they apologized for the mistake. They ended up putting new tires on the next day. Overall quality is good but huge operational mess and customer service. More
