They explain everything throughly, have always helped me out and taken care of my car when I had an emergency and dropped in without an appointment and never recommend unecessary service. The whole staff treats you like family and will stop by when you are in the waiting room to say hello. I wouldn't buy anywhere else. More
Back in 2009, I purchased a used Mazda from an out of state dealer that needed transmission work and brought it to Hamilton Mazda. He answered all my questions and concerns at my level of understanding. The mechanics did a great job. Felipe's manner and professionalism earned my respect and gratitude. I now bring all my cars to this dealer for repairs regardless of brand knowing that I will get the best service possible. I brought my vehicle in for some maintenance service recently, oil change, tire rotation, air filter and transmission flush. I waited at the dealer while my vehicle was being worked on, the waiting room has a nice t.v. to watch and they offer coffee for the customers. The service manager Felipe was very nice and explained everything that they did to my vehicle, they also performed a full inspection to ensure my vehicle is in good condition. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend this dealer for service. I will be bringing all of my family's cars to this dealer, they work on all makes and models. More
When I picked up my car after a scheduled maintenance, I was waiting for the representative while she was talking on her cell phone. When I asked about what was done, I was handed a photocopy of the "Service Recommendations" without any explanation. I am not the best judge of the quality of the work, but the people skills of this place needs a little more work. More
