The sales people at this location are very transparent in the fact that they do not care about their job or customers. There seems to be an overall lack of training on the sales side. Even sales members working with others that were clearly showing disinterest in their clients with rolling eyes, sighs and super slouched posture. The Mazda dealership in PA is very close and much better all around from the moment you walk in! Front desk people were better trained in their jobs and good to work with, though you buy your car from the sales people so that only gets you so far. More
